As a director of DTH played a major role in development of many hospital departments over last 20 years and community based initiatives like dialysis center, ICU, NICU, Senior citizen center, joint replacement surgeries, care of children with disabilities etc. Lead the hospital team during covid lockdown and ensured continued services of essential and emergency departments. The hospital served 650 cases of moderate to severe covid infections and achieved 45000 vaccinations in tribal and rural villages.

Introduced free Homoeopathic treatment and occupational therapy services to children at Sadichha special school, Kalyan. Have been a Homoeopathic consultant for Rheumatology, Infertility and nephrology OPDs at DTH.

1996-1999: As an Educational consultant, was involved in the development of a Homoeopathic Paediatric Hospital & Training Center at Dr. Ram Subramanian`s Children’s Hospital, Mulund. Responsible for training of personnel & Integration of Concepts in Homoeopathic Philosophy & Homoeopathic Materia Medica with Paediatric Clinical Knowledges, culminating into the organization of a Paediatric Homoeopathic Symposium. Coordinator of this Symposium on Paediatrics in Homoeopathy, where more than 40 cases were presented to over 250 Homoeopaths.
